Joyful Sound, LLC
Joyful Sound, LLC provides music lessons, music therapy, and community music services within Southwest Florida. Taught by Joyful Sound's owner Jessica Matthews, the Music and Movement for Preschoolers classes support children in developing a love for music with a special focus on early childhood development. Children are invited to sing, dance, and play a variety of instruments within a safe and supportive environment, developing a foundational musical awareness of musical concepts including beat, rhythm, and melody. Jessica is both a licensed music educator in the State of Florida as well as a Board-Certified Music Therapist. Musical engagement is a powerful experience in early childhood, supporting motor coordination, attention, emotional regulation and socialization. Joyful Sound is passionate about creating meaningful opportunities for students to grow and experience joy through music--in ways that benefit them throughout their lives!
Snack Play Namaste
Snack Play Namaste is a program where children will learn to mindfully eat healthy foods by making art out of fruits and vegetables.
They will learn fun facts about the fruits and vegetables they are eating. This class also includes yoga, meditation, sound therapy and breathing exercises.
Each class will have a theme and the themes are mindfulness, gratitude, giving, self love, law of attraction, and kindness. Children will leave this program with skills to help them relax and deal with anxiety and stress.
They will also have more knowledge of healthier food to snack on.
Good Roots Garden Club
Welcome to Strong Roots Garden Club! I'm Ms. Meagan! Here we believe every child is like a little seed, so special and full of possibilities, ready to grow in their own unique ways. Through gardening, nature, and hands-on exploration, we'll practice kindness, patience, teamwork, curiosity, and caring for one another. As we nurture plants, we'll also nurture the qualities that help our gardeners develop strong roots for a lifetime of learning and meaningful relationships. I'm so excited to grow alongside your child this year!
