Our Infant Care
Our infant care is rooted in responsive, relationship-based care that supports each baby's natural development. We serve children from 8 weeks to 12 months, offering full-day care from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. We follow an on-demand care model, meaning each baby's individual needs - whether it's feeding, diapering, sleep, or soothing - are met based on their personal rhythms, not a group schedule. This approach ensures that every child feels secure, nurtured and supported during these important early months.
Daily Rhythm
We maintain a low 1:4 teacher-to-infant ratio to ensure that every baby receives individualized, attentive care. Our classroom follows an on-demand approach, meaning each child's unique schedule for feeding, sleeping and play is respected and followed. This allows us to respond to each infant's cues and needs in real time, fostering secure attachments and supporting healthy development during this important stage.
Health and Sanitation
The health and safety of our infants is a top priority. We follow strict cleaning and sanitizing protocols throughout the day, including disinfecting toys, surfaces and diapering areas between each use. Our team follows safe sleep practices, frequent hand washing and diapering procedures aligned with state guidelines to ensure a clean, healthy environment for every baby in our care.
